Damiana (Turnera diffusa) is native to the southwest US, Caribbean, Central America and South America. It is a traditional aphrodisiac of the Mayan people in Central America. 

Damiana has a thymoleptic action (having a life-enhancing and stimulating action on the body and mind).

HOW TO USE

Suggested Use: Historically it has been used as an aphrodisiac and its use today remains the same, as modern studies have found it to be helpful in exhausted states and impotency. Damiana is considered to be a sexual restorative for both sexes.
