HOW TO USE

Like Helichrysum essential oil, Atlas Cedar can also be efficient on bumps and bruises in the following blend: 3 drops of Atlas Cedar + 3 drops of Tamanu carrier oil. This blend has to be applied several times within the hour following the trauma, then 4 times a day until relief is felt.

Blending Recommendations: Black Spruce, Cardamom, Cinnamon Bark, Clary Sage, Clove Bud, Coriander Seed, Cypress, Eucalyptus (all varieties), Balsam Fir, Douglas Fir, Silver Fir, Frankincense, Ginger, Helichrysum, Hyssop Decumbens, Inula, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Lime Distilled, Myrrh, Sweet Orange, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Peppermint, Wild Scotch Pine, Rosemary (all varieties), Spanish Sage, Sandalwood, Spearmint, Spikenard, Tea Tree, Vetiver, Wintergreen.

Safety Information: No contraindications.

Maximum Adult Dilution: 100%

Recommended Dilution: 0.5 to 10%; 3 to 60 drops per ounce of carrier.
