Composition at a Glance: Just over half polyunsaturated fatty acids, Omega 6, including 20% gamma linolenic acid (known for endocrine regulation and skin repair). A fifth of mono unsaturated fatty acids (Omega 9). Another fifth of saturated fatty acids. Antioxidant phytosterols and vitamin E.

Color and Texture: Light yellow oil. Medium fast absorption.
