Fennel Essential Oil is distilled from the seeds of the Fennel herb, Fennel essential oil has a sweet, herbaceous scent with notes of licorice. It should not be used if pregnant or with children under five and should always be diluted below 3%.
HOW TO USE
Common Uses: Combined with a carrier oil, Fennel essential oil can be massaged on the belly to promote digestive healt. It can also be added to massage oils for muscles and joints. For dental health, Fennel is added to toothpastes, tooth powders and mouthwash.
Blending Recommendations: Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Coriander, Ginger, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Sweet Lime, Sweet Orange, Peppermint, Rosemary Cineol, Rosemary Verbenone, Spearmint.
Safety Information: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have endometriosis or estrogen dependent cancers.
Do not use with children under 5 years old.
Use caution taking orally if using diabetes medication, anticoagulant medication, have had a major surgery, peptic ulcer, hemophilia, or other bleeding disorders.
Maximum Recommended Dilution: 2.5-3%
