HOW TO USE

Suggested Uses: Balsam Fir essential oil can be found in massage oils, candles, soaps, aftershave, cologne, baths, compresses, diffusers, lotions and body oils.

Blending Recommendations: Bay Laurel, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Black Spruce, Cardamom, Cedar Atlas, Cinnamon Bark, Cistus, Clary Sage, Clove, Cypress, Eucalyptus Globulus, Eucalyptus Radiata, Silver Fir, Frankincense, Geranium Rose, Ginger, Grapefruit, Helichrysum, Hyssop Decumbens, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Lavender Absolute, Lavender Spike, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin, Marjoram, Patchouli, Peppermint, Wild Scotch Pine, Ravintsara, Rosemary Cineol, Rosemary Verbenone, Sage, Sandalwood, Spikenard, St. John's Wort, Tea Tree, Tulsi, Vanilla Perfume, Vetiver, Wintergreen, Ylang Ylang.

Safety Information: Balsam Fir can be used with all populations.

Maximum Recommended Dilution: 6%, or 38 drops per ounce of carrier oil.

For children under 5 avoid direct contact.

Children ages 5-13 should use a dilution below 2.5%, or 15 drops per ounce.
