Silver Fir trees, native to Siberia and Eastern Europe, are majestic conifers with evergreen needles that have a silver sheen. The essential oil has a woody, fresh scent. Silver Fir is helpful in supporting healthy stress response and energy levels. It is excellent in diffusers for creating a clean, fresh aroma, and may help to maintain muscle and joint health when applied in a massage oil or salve. This essential oil can be used with all populations when properly diluted.

HOW TO USE

Common Uses: Silver Fir may be added to diffusers, vapor rubs, respiratory salves, household cleaners, massage oils, calming blends, colognes, and other body care products.

Blending Recommendations: Silver Fir is a middle/top note that blends well with woody, citrus, and minty aromas.

Bay Laurel, Bergamot, Black Spruce, Cardamom, Cedar Atlas, Cistus, Clove, Cypress, Eucalyptus Globulus, Eucalyptus Radiata, Balsam Fir, Douglas Fir, Frankincense, Grapefruit, Hyssop Decumbens, Inula, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Sweet Lime, Sweet Orange, Patchouli, Peppermint, Wild Scotch Pine, Ravintsara, Rosemary Cineol, Rosemary Verbenone, Sage, Sandalwood, Tulsi, Vetiver.

Safety Information: Silver Fir has low potential for skin irritation and can be used with all populations.

Maximum Adult Dilution: 8%, 48 drops per ounce.

It is best to diffuse the essential oil into the air for children. If applying topically to children under 8 years of age, use dilutions below 2%; 12 drops per ounce of carrier.
