Native to the Mediterranean basin, this tree has a smooth, dark grey bark and leaves that are a dark shiny green on top and paler on the underside.

Bay Laurel is a cheery, uplifting essential oil known for its use in recipes for digestive and respiratory support. It is commonly used to help soothe the feeling of congestion that often accompanies respiratory issues.

HOW TO USE

Common Uses: Bay Laurel essential oil is often used in cologne, beard oil, or room sprays. It can also be used in diffusers, vapor rubs, massage oils for healthy muscles and joints, and simple palm inhalations to support mental clarity and deeper breathing.

Blending Recommendations: Bay Laurel is earthy and cooling with a lasting herbal undertone. Bay blends well with nearly anything for both custom scents and home remedies.

Recommended Dilution: 0.5%-1.5%; 3-9 drops per ounce of carrier
