HOW TO USE

Common Uses: Apply Ravintsara 3 times a day in a carrier along upper back and spine for immune and respiratory support, or take 2 drops in 1 teaspoon olive oil or honey twice a day for up to 5 days.

Add Ravintsara to oils and salves for sore muscles and joints.

Blending Recommendations: The potent, minty and medicinal aroma of Ravintsara is primarily used therapeutically.

Safety Information: Not recommended in the first 3 months of pregnancy. Caution with children under 8 years of age. Do not apply near the face. Irritating when old or oxidized.

Maximum Adult Dilution: 11%; 66 drops per ounce of carrier

Recommended Dilution: 0.5% to 5%; 3 to 30 drops per ounce of carrier
